Project comprises the Construction of largest waste water treatment and reuse Facility in Qatar with Peak Design Capacity of up to 439,000 cubic meters per day. This facility will serve a projected population of 900,000 people. Our Scope of work consist of execution of Structure Works for liquid Stream works of this sewage treatment plant which include construction of following structures;
Storm water Tank: of Size 183m X 98m X 10.1m. with a Capacity 150,000 cubic meter.Bioreactor Tank(1-4): of Size 177m X 100m X 6.1m with overall Capacity of 100,000 cubic meter.
Bioreactor Tank(5-6): of size 88.5m X 100m X 6.1 with capacity of 50,000 cum.Clarifiers ; Construction of 12 No circular R.C Reservoirs of 44 m dia and 5.2m height with capacity of 6500 cubic meter r each and overall capacity of 78000 cubic meters.
TSE Balancing Tank: of Size 100m X 96m X 4.76m, with Capacity of TSE Tank 38,500 cubic meter.Filter Water Storage Tank: of Size 35m X 17m X 7.5m, with Capacity of 3000 cubic meter.Chlorine Contact Tank: of Size 60m X 50m X 6.35m, with internal RC walls to divide the Tank in to 2 Tanks. Overall Capacity of Tank 15,500 cubic meterGMF ; of Size 115m X 142m X 6.35m , with internal RC walls to Divide the Tank in to 36 Tanks to hold sand and Filter media..Other works include construction of several other ancillary structures such as Air Blower House, UV/UF Building, Chlorination Building, RAS Pumping Stations, Pump house. Septage Reception Facility, and Inlet Works.
