Phase 1A of Musheireb covers the construction of the Diwan Amiri Quarter, which includes the Diwan Annex, Amiri Guard and the National Archive, plus a heritage quarter that includes the Eid Prayer Ground and four heritage houses.Phase 1A HBK’s Scope constitutes the sub-structure and superstructure works for 3 Nos buildings, 2 Nos tunnels, soft landscaping and hard landscaping.The Musheireb site comprises approximately 35 hectares, bordered by Al Rayyan Road to the North, Jassim Bin Mohamed Street to the East, Musheireb Street to the South, and Al Diwan Street (part of Ring Road A) to the West. This mixed use development contains hotels, retail, residential, mosques, cultural, heritage, school and government buildings ranging from 3 to 30 stories
