The scope of the package includes construction of two main components, the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and the Staff Clubs. The MOPH is an eight storeyed building consisting of approximately 30,000 Sq.m area of office space. It has a central lift lobby with a small basement that is connected through an open mall to an adjacent 520 Nos. capacity multistoreyed car park structure. The complex also includes a 300 seat auditorium / conference centre. The Staff Club is three storeyed structure of approximately 8640 Sq.m area to provide recreational & accommodation facilities for the staff of HMC. The building will have 50 Hotel type guest rooms. The Staff Club has its own tennis courts, swimming pool and with the attendant modesty / shade structure
