College of Media and Communication located in the Southern Zone of QF’s Education City Project, is intended to provide a world class, state-of-theart educational facility. The design of CMC has been undertaken to achieve the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) US Green Building Council Rating System “Gold” rating level when completed. The Scope of Work for this CONTRACT is to supply, procure, install, construct, test, commission and maintain all the Works for CMC.
