The Msheireb Downtown Doha Development is owned by Msheireb Properties. It is located close to the historic origins of Qatar’s capital city next to the Amiri Diwan, in Doha, Qatar. The Project is located within an area bounded by AI Rayyan Road in the north, Jassim Bin Mohammed (JBM) Street in the east, Musheireb Street in the south and AI Diwan Street in the west.Msheireb Properties has appointed Turner International Middle East (TIME Qatar LLC) as the Project Manager and Gensler as the Design and Supervision Consultant for the Project.
The Scope of Work for this CONTRACT is to complete the design, supply, procure, install, construct, test and guarantee the Main Works for PHASE 3.
Msheireb Downtown Doha is divided into superblocks. Phase 3 is located on and includes superblocks R, S, T1 and T2. Superblock R includes the following buildings: R01, R02, R06 and R08 and associated basements, and basement plant rooms,including Kahramaa Electrical intake rooms, service corridors. Superblock S includes the following buildings: S01, S03, S06 and S08 and associated basements, including plant rooms and Kahramaa Electrical intake rooms and service corridors.
Superblock T1 includes the following buildings: T01, T02/3, T04, T05 and T06 and associated basements, including plant rooms and Kahramaa Electrical intake rooms and service corridors.
Superblock T2 includes the following buildings: T07 and T08 and associated basements, including plant rooms and Kahramaa Electrical intake rooms and service corridors.
